Rudi Hargesheimer draws on his knowledge of and involvement in some of the earliest days of the Superior Hiking Trail and it's Association. His 2020 book, The Superior Hiking Trail Story, held a compilation of photos and stories sharing some of the history of the Trail and some of the people connected to it. 

Four years later, the story grows and continues to develop....much like the Superior Hiking Trail itself.  

This edition shares additional photos of the Trail as well as new interviews with volunteers and others, both present and past, that have worked to build, maintain and protect this beloved footpath.
